Good clean hotel

We found the hotel very clean and tidy all the staff were friendly and very helpful our room was on the ground floor over looking the canal and towpath very quite and peaceful no net curtains on the window so if you left the main curtains open people could see straight in .Room was clean coffee and tea provided but no biscuits. We did not have breakfast in the hotel went next door to the noble comb pub half the price very nice overall we enjoy our stay thank you ibis

We found the hotel to be clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. No shampoo in the dispenser but not a big problem. We didnt think the breakfast was worth £12.00 though as some of the food was a bit hard and dried out. Would stay here again but go elsewhere for breakfast.

The staff at the Ibis in Shipley are very friendly we had a great view of the Canal which you can walk along as a short cut to the station there were some lovelly canal barges and some very nice wildlife like Canada geese and Brent geese it also has parking

Filthy. Expect the worst and you won't be disappointed

We HAD to stay due to an event and this was the only choice available. Staff seemed friendly enough but the room was awful. We kept our socks on as carpet filthy and didn't want to put our stuff on stained chair. Cleaning is the biggest issue. Bathroom looked horrible with hair and yellow stains around the toilet. ONLY STAY IF YOU HAVE TO.

DISGUSTING!! Filthy! Smelly! Changed first room which was no better - had to leave as it was awful! The view of the rats from the window was the final thing!! The whole room smelt of wee - The hotel is disgusting - the lift was dirty - stairs - never again!
